Good Painting focuses on residential interiors in Calgary and surrounding communities. Tell us which rooms you want painted and whether the work includes walls, ceilings, doors or painted trim. A clear room list makes the conversation more useful than a square-footage number on its own.
You might be refreshing the rooms you use every day, changing colours after moving, or planning several spaces together. Include the hallways and stairways that connect those rooms so the quote reflects the work you have in mind.
Look at the surfaces before the swatches.
Existing paint, old patches and visible damage affect what needs to happen before a new colour goes on. Send wide photos of the room and closer photos of areas you want discussed. Pictures help start the conversation; they may not show every surface issue.
- Walls: list the rooms and any areas you want left as they are.
- Ceilings: note height, texture and stains or marks that need assessment.
- Trim and doors: say which pieces are already painted and which finishes you want to keep.
- Access: include stairwells, tall walls, built-ins and furniture near the work.

Bring your timing into the quote.
Moving day, flooring work and furniture deliveries can all affect a repaint. Share any fixed dates early, and confirm the scope and availability before making arrangements around the job. If your dates are flexible, say so.

Can I ask about painting just one room?
Yes. Tell us which room you want painted, the surfaces to include and your location. Call or text to discuss a quote.
Are ceilings and trim included with wall painting?
Include them in your request if you want them painted. Confirm each surface in the quote rather than assuming it is part of a wall-painting price.
