The elevator belongs in the plan.
A condo can be small and still take careful coordination. Before booking dates, ask your building manager about contractor access, permitted work hours, elevator reservations and where supplies can be unloaded. Share any requirements with us when you request the quote.
Include the unit’s floor and the route from parking. A long walk through common areas or a narrow staircase changes the setup. Keep the building’s access confirmation alongside your painting dates so both arrangements are settled before moving day.
| Your situation | What to send |
|---|---|
| Empty before possession or move-in | Floor area, possession date, wall photos and the date furniture arrives. |
| Living in the condo | Photos showing furniture, rooms you need daily and any place belongings can be moved. |
| Only one room needs paint | Room dimensions, ceiling height and the surfaces you want included. |
Keep the scope easy to compare.
“Paint the condo” can mean very different things. List bedroom and living-area walls, then decide about the bathroom, closets and kitchen wall sections. Doors, frames and baseboards have their own preparation and finish requirements.
If a painted wall continues behind a wardrobe, say whether the wardrobe will move. A walkthrough should settle where the work stops, which repairs are included and how the space will be handed back.
Our starting package includes two coats of standard interior wall paint, small nail-hole filling, floor protection and cleanup. It assumes sound, previously painted walls, a similar colour and ready access. Extra coats, substantial repairs and occupied spaces can change the price.

A few details before you decide
How much does it cost to paint a two-bedroom condo in Calgary?
Bedroom count alone does not set the price. Send the floor area, wall height, condition and whether it will be empty. The $1,795 starting package is for the qualifying scope above; a larger two-bedroom unit needs its own quote.
Can you paint between tenants?
Ask about availability for the gap between occupants. Include the inspection, cleaning and key handover dates so the painting scope can be planned around them.
Does the condo price include ceilings?
No. Ceilings, doors, trim and closet interiors are separate items. Include them in your first message if you want one quote covering the whole unit.
